The need for environmental protection forms an integral part of Food Affair’s catering business philosophy.  The  fact that catering may have an affect on the environment is of great consequence to us. Wherever possible we follow policies that are responsible from an environmental perspective.

 

• It is company policy to foster the use of local suppliers to minimise our carbon footprint.

 

• We only use free range eggs, seasonal produce and alter our menu's according to what we are able to source.

 

• We choose fair-trade and sustainable products whenever possible.

 

• At Food Affair we are commited to minimising waste produced through our activities and are constantly looking for innovative ways to recycle any waste products.

 

• We are more than happy to accommodate special dietary requirements, i.e. allergies, food intolerance, personal choice or religious requirements.

 

• Fresh, uncomplicated, delicious and beautifully presented sums up our food – we hope you enjoy eating it as much as we enjoy making it.
